Whats up every one, i would like to share my hard dedicated 2 years and half every day in the gym transformation pics with you guys , looking forward to see your pro opinions .Tell me what i need to work on more , i think my arms are bit lagging i always get this feeling .
I started at 49 Kgs after 1 year i reached 75 then to 80 something then now at 91 kgs . I know i gained shit load of weight!, not good ofc not all muscle but i learned the hard way i guess? i was all about eating tons of calories good calories tho , i never relied on fast food or unhealthy calories "carbs" , 3 months ago i relaized that weight isnt every thing and i need to cut lool so im going in slowly right . im exicted to see how im gonna look like after im done cutting
