I've used a few times I've been working out 2 years now,i started at 5'11 150lbs 14.25 arm 15" neck not shure on chest, 13" calf max on bench press 160lbs
Currently- 15.50-16.50 on arms 16.50 on neck 44"chest,14" calfs,24"thighs, 13" forearm, 195l max bench press 310lbs. I'm 21 1/2 years old
I started out not knowing anythang and learned as I went, past 8 months I've got married and had a baby, so I've not been as dedicated as I would've liked too been the whole 2years..
