    How much BF% do i have ? (Estimate)

    I have gynecomastia so please don't tease about that.

    How much body fat do i have though ?
    When i stand relaxed i can't see anything but i can feel the abs
    When i push the body fat down i can see my 6 pack in good light.

    I recently had surgery so my info is bad right now.

    Weight - 136
    Height - 5"8

    (4 rep max)
    Bench - 135
    Squat - 225
    Vertical Jump - 34 in
