Hey fellow aas enthuists were i work its very hot and i drink about 12-15 liters of water a day as a guess id say thats about 5 of your american gallons. Now my problem is im still always thirsty is there anything i can get to help me stay hydrated? I cant keep drinking more water it makes me feel bloated and i can like feel it moving around in my belly. Ive just tried adding magnisium powder in my water which helps a little bit is there anything else i can get? I dont have diabieties by the way.
