I want to get your guys opinions on what i should use ,been lifting for 5-6 years on and off am 38 years old weigh 170 and am 5'10" .not looking to stick myself looking for something oral just to get me to the 180-190 mark what will I gain and what will I keep after cycle my diet is good just can never get over that 175 mark on my own and keep it there.any suggestions would be great.
