Now I take a lot. But each one serves a purpose. I don't just take random things and hope I am using a good one.when you shop for your supps, read the labels and see their primary use. If it ia something you would like to try, get it. My list consists of what it necessary for me and my goals. Nothing fancy, and most can be found cheap at a dollar store:
1. CoQ10 300mgs
2. Fish oil 3-4 grams
3. Vitamin E 400mgs
4. Vitamin A 10000 ius
5. Vitamin D3 1000ius
6. Lecthin 2000mgs daily
7. Red rice yeast 2000mgs
8. Niacin. Flush free 500mgs
9. Cholesteroff 4 tabs a day. 2 before breakfast, 2 before dinner.
10. NAC 600mgs daily. Will go to 1800 at times.
11. Vitamin C 1000mgs
12. Pregnenolone 60mgs
13. DHEA 25mgs
14. B12 and B6
15. Taurine 600mgs
I also have hypertension and high lipids. Should be able to tell from that stack of supps. Also I'm a trt patient.
Drs orders I take lisynopril and a beta blocker. About to have to go on a dieuretic.
