Just another multi. Some weak doses in that supplemental label.
Of the vitamins listed that I use, multiply that by 12 to 20, that's what I use daily.
For example... D3 dosed at 400iu - I run 5000 daily.

I never understand when People give reviews on multis lol but what ever. Opti men is a good multi and its relatively cheap.

Are you really gonna notice a huge difference in anything other than the color of your pee? I never have but I wasnt hugely vitamin deficient before taking them so maybe that's why.
