Hey guys..
I've been a member here for awhile and I've done a bunch of stuff for my health. Its been a great motivation learning stuff here and i think now that I've done a few more workouts geared towards powerlifting i want to stay with this.
One thing i want to ask is if there are any diabetics here that are in the sport. I find it hard with my restricted diet and if so how do you do it? I like to use this site for motivation because i like to see and read about some lifts people do.. my stats are
200 lbs
34 yr old
Bench: 270
Squat: 300
Dead lift: 425
Military press: 155
Just atarted uaing westsides conjucate system so im hoping to get all those numbers up
