Shut the efffff up fire alarm!!!!

I'm laying in bed reading the forum and finally start to dose off. My eyes are heavy and I'm about to enter the wonderful world of dreams....,All of the sudden the emergency fire alarms are going off in my apartment building!! I walked the building to see what's going on and somebody burned the sh1t out of some Chinese food and smoked up the entire 1st floor!! I just want to sleep..Make it stop!!

Thanks man. It finally stopped after about 20 minutes of painfully loud sirens. Fire dept is here and cleared it. I'm pretty sure everyone left the building except my girlfriend and I. Once I figured out what was going on I decided to tape a towel over the alarm on the wall. It quieted the noise a fair amount

lol sorry to hear that I KNOW it can be annoying....when we first moved in our townhouse out smoke alarm would go off 6-7 times in the middle of the night....and we have the ones were they're linked up so when one goes off the other 7 would....very f'n annoyin
