hi guys, obviously im a newby,ive been reading posts on various forums and have found this forum to be the best, i am a 45 year old that quit smoking 12 months ago and started a major heath kick,running,cross fit,and rejoined judo,also lifting weights at home,the crossfit has turned into weightlifting only now,i weigh 170,and relativly low bodyfat,and am on my 5 week of test cyp,taking arimadex daily,people have noticed me bulking up at the club and gym,i dont see much but strenght is definately up,my goal is not to look like a goon,judo requires ajility,and speed,strenght helps but mostly speed and tecnique wins fights.i dont want to loose my gains,i was going for 12 weeks ,one of my trainers says 20,other says 30 weeks,also im wondering how much and how often to take clomid after my cycle, please keep answers simple as i am far from expert on subject,thanks inadvance
