And this is after a week, I know there aren't any big dramatic changes...other than the tat I got Friday....but just wanted to post my progress....
I am 11 lbs. lighter in the second picture.....just been on a low carb diet and Xenadrine
your shoulders were stronger in the first pic! abs not changed!

Not much YET, but I can notice a slight decrease in fat around your lower chest.
Pain
It is mainly water what drops first on a keto diet. You cant burn that much fat in a week even if you didn't eat. In case you're not doing very much aerobics.
I agree, however that goes for any diet. Water weight is usually always the first to go when you start a new diet. Keep up the hard work and keep us posted!Originally posted by Antti
