    frontloading long esters

Back in 06, when I first started checking into the forum, front loading long ester gear was a popular thing to do for most cycles. I've been back on the board a few weeks and have noticed that it isn't talked about or recommended.

Is front loading not a good idea?

I like front loading long ester but its something you have to try and see if you respond well to it, some like it and other's don't its all down to personal preference and how your body reacts.

Yea, I like front loading (or the idea of it) too. Why wait 4 weeks for it to kick in or jumpstart w tbol or dbol when u can front load instead?
I thought maybe some new info was learned that made frontloading a bad idea.

Since I really want to run tbol for my next cycle I'm thinking maybe it's overkill to frontload as well?

bro, Im probably going to catch hell from the other bros for what im about to say... but I plan to frontload my teste and deca and use tbol at the end (instead of the beginning) ... only because I had read that tbol can be used effectively to cut as well as bulk. Since frontloading is kinda like a kickstart (as far as my understanding goes) I don't see the reason to kickstart with tbol. I much rather use it to lean up as much as I can at the end.

Why would you get shit from your last statement? You're fine.

And i prefer a short ester like prop to kickstart for the first 5 weeks.

some bros are very much against tbol to cut I guess.

I would love to kickstart with prop if it wasn't for the fact that I would be pinning so often.. imagine eod with prop plus every 3rd day with teste and deca plus hcg before my teste and deca pin... waaay too much pinning lol.

Tbol is more commonly used to cut anyway. That's what I'm using it for

maybe if I was man enough to hit different spots. I only hit my glutes. I haven't graduated to legs and shoulders yet, let along bis, tris, traps and all these other odd places I hear bros pinning.

You guys and your "certain compounds to bulk or cut." Cracks me up.

How about....More calories to bulk, and less calories to cut? Does that make any sense?

makes sense, but compounds do account for something no? imagine taking adrol or dbol to cut? not happening.

St Pete that's good advice but realistically if there was no difference then why would there be the distinctions? I know what your saying but just sayin

Yes, there is. But many people make the mistake of believing that the compound will take care of everything. It won't. Yes, it helps tremendously. But only if diet and training are on par. I can't say it enough. not saying that you particularly don't know this, i'm just putting it out there for all the other members and lurkers that might be reading the thread. The compound is only as good as one makes it.
