I recently experienced the same thing and am treating it successfully with Letro/Femara. I prefer not to use it on cycle though due to the fact that it has crushed my E2 and I am feeling the sides from it!

Have you had it checked by a doc?

How long have you had this lump?

Did you just notice it on this cycle?

If its been too long it could be fibrous, and therefore not treatable with Femara.

its very small and i dont feel pain touching it ,, and when i touch it that area becomes small same as my original tits its wider now..
i had it on my first cycle it was august i think from last year so prolly few months now and its not solid its like very thickkkk liquid can be squeezed i think its estrogen

I would have it checked out buy a doc. Why have you not gone to a doctor to have this looked at?
