Been "bulking" for a couple years now... slow and steady bulking. Started at 150# back in 2011 I'm now at 195# about 12% bf 5'10". I try to eat about 5000 calories a day and get at least 200g of protein. I'm a very hard gainer... I have worked very hard to get where I'm at. I've done 1 cycle so far (last pin was mid Jan) and it helped me get past my plateau at 185. I will be doing another cycle around mid May. My goal weight will be 220, although in April I'm going to cut down as much as possible (without losing my muscle gains) for 6 weeks for vacation on the beach.
