Cycle experts needed....!

I'm 6'1', 220lbs. and 30 yrs. I need some advice on how to stack this cycle. Wondering if these are fairly safe dosages with good results. Any info appreciated.

going to start my 1st cycle.

week 1-4 40 mg dbol day
week 1-10 500mg sust week
week 1-10 400mg deca week
week 13-14 clomid 300mg 1st day, 100mg 10 days, 50mg 10 days
week 13-14 Nolvadex 10mg (? not sure how to run it.)

*nolvadex 10mg on hand for (gyno or bloating)
Do I need to work nolvadex into cycle?

Do I need to work 1500 iu HCG every 3 days?
Do I need to add Arimidex .25 ed into cycle?
Should I extent the cycle to 12 weeks rather then 10?

*Do suggest any changes.
