Welcome. Let people at the gym where you train know that you are looking and they will help you find one. It’s never hard to find people who are willing to work out with you. It is hard to find a work out partner who is knowledgeable, willing to show up every day, and willing to consistently push their training. A knowledgeable work out partner will help educate you and help eliminate a lot of noob training mistakes. Their showing up every day will encourage you to show up. Their dedication to constantly push themselves will encourage you to push yourself.
