Im Ever from California
Im 5'6 and weigh about 150
18, wrestling season just finished (was at 145 cut down to 140 now 150) anyways Im interested in getting big and ripped, need help tho. I want a body for summer so I dont wanna be too big but i wanna at least gain 10 llbs of muscle. I wanna look lean like I was but a lil bigger version. Any recommendations would be helpful. Low body fat would be best so my abbs can show again.
I know everything about dieting and excersise just some FYI, just lazy at the moment after 4 yrs of wrestling.
