Hey i am aware that i have excess fat around my chest area..i do have a high BP and have fat all around but i dont look "fat" or "obese" im 250 lbs and 6'0. ive always had puffy nipples and but when i was a kid i think i had puberty gyno(13 years old) but nothing serious...ive never taken anything or had surgery. but i dont know if its really gyno what i have now o just fat that i can get rid of with cardio and diet o if it is Gyno. and if in your opinion it is Gyno, is there a way i can get rid of it?? if it is Gyno, how bad is it?! Thanks!!!!

when i have puffy nips it looks worst as u can see.
