Just researched HGC, I am 53, planning first ever cycle, test e only, 200mg twice weekly 12 weeks, have planned clomid, nolvadex, liv52 and saw-plamento. Any views on taking HCG for pct on test e only. Thanks.

hCG is a must on cycle. It will help prevent testicular atrophy, maintain testicular function and help you recover much faster. 250 iu twice weekly should suffice. Do not cycle without it.

Run hcg on cycle along with an AI to keep e in check. I would not run hcg during pct it would be counterproductive suppressing lh.
