When to start Proviron?

Hey! I'm starting on a 10week test E cycle and was wondering whether you'd pop proviron from day one, or should i wait a couple of weeks seeing as it is Enanthate? Thanks!

I hope you are not assuming that Proviron is an anti-estrogen and hence it would take care of all estrogen related sides on its own by preventing aromatization to a great extent.

From day 1. I would also advise using Adex along side. I run 25mg/day proviron .5mg/EoD of Adex

For what reason are you going to take proviron m8?

To prevent estrogen build-up and for the enhancement effect it has, leaving me more free testosterone.
I know proviron alone won't do the job as for estrogen related sides, but it's a nice addition

Do you guys suggest splitting the dose to twice a day. or should once be enough?

Split it. 25 mg when you wake, another 25 around 4:00 - 6:00 pm. Proviron also helps crank up the libido as well as super-sizing your hardons!!!
