I been do it every two months, but now that I am dialed in probably every 4 months. My suggestion would be every two months until you get dialed in.

Agree with Bass. About 6 weeks after initiation of TRT then if no radical changes need to be made another couple months to see if stable. Main thing is that if you make changes then more frequent BW is needed. Once relatively dialed in every 6 months is usually the norm.
