    I looked at the squat rack yesterday. Might look at it again today but I'll probably play it by ear.

    yeh goiing heavy is always fun! especially when u can lift heavy..

    dont mind lunk hes just upset he hasnt graduated to the bog boy plates yet.. hes still on the ones filled with concrete LOL

    Ya it feels good to put up those numbers. I worked hard for them. Especially considering chest and legs are my weak-points. It is funny cause my shoulders/back/arms have more impressive lift numbers.., but it is the chest and legs I have worked hard to reach descent numbers.

    Nice job man. Even better at 180. I have simular stats and not sure if I can squat 365. I usually do front squats and leg press. Keep up the good work!

    Just fighting the injuries of life, lol!

    I still squat but not every week, usually every other week and do other stuff on the non-squat wk. When I do squat I don't go all that heavy anymore but I still go butt to floor. These days I just lift because I like it and so I can have just enough muscle to where people might say "I bet that guy used to have a lot of muscle" LOL! Who knows, maybe I'll get the big boy weight bug again one day.

    Ink is just not use to cutting! He was on a life time time bulk like every other american
    Its not that bad if you do not let yourself go!!!!
    But ink is pulling out all the stop.and proud of him! Finally a doer and a talker now!
