Any idea which is better? Just wondering. I been using exist a lot and never crashed. Would like to hear opinions!

They are both solid choices in my opinion.
On paper stane has a few advantages but whichever you can effectively manage your estrogen with. If you can do that with either Id give stane a slight edge due to impact on lipids,igf,interactions (lack of them) with serms.

My doctor has me on .5 arimidex a week on shot day. My last visit he said he could no longer write scripts for this due to a research on the drug being done. He has given me information on a natural E-blocker. I have my doubts on the natural stuff. Has anyone else heard of this situation in the Arimadex? Just curious. The . 5 mg a week works like a champ for my e levels.

I like stane for reasons mentioned above-especially lipids. I feel it is a little stronger than dex too.
