Start in the nutrition section and get a solid eating plan under way, you also need to implement a consistent cardio program. Master these two areas and the bf will drop off.
Diet and exercise mate not what you want to hear i know.
Anavar. Check the steroid profiles forum for it. But, like the others said, diet and exercise.
Once you go off cycle you'll just blow back up to your fat old self if you don't modify your habits.
Bit harsh buddy 'fat old self' ??Originally Posted by raiugxlm

Steroids don't cut fat, diet and cardio cut fat... Post diet in nutrition section and let the experts critique it... Good Luck!
You aren't any better then him! Your 22 and cycling... That proves you haven't done any basic research!!!! Ignorant!Originally Posted by raiugxlm

Look up austintites otc( over the counter) cutting/reducing body fat thread. That's the easiest accessible cycle(of sorts) available. Couple that with strict regular meals and cardio to a macro nutritional deficit n the fat will fall off ;-) hope this answers ur question

Yes, it was harsh, and I admitted as much! That poster does not need to start shooting his mouth off, I have read the threads he is talking about, and I'm not even 22.
Maybe OP could use the search bar or read the starter packs like the rest of us?
Edit: And Jesus, come on, I did help him, even if it was rude I pointed him toward Anavar.
Time to add Brah to blocked words list.
