Question on lab draw

Was wanting to start cycle on sunday. Won't be able to get lab work done until that wednesday at the earliest, latest the following week. Will I be ok to inject on sunday? Am I going to see a huge difference in labwork that soon, that I should wait to get labs B4 any injections? I can call hospital that I went to approx. 2 months ago and request the labwork they did, but obviously they wont have T levels. What do ya'll think? thanks
