    First time help with cypionate

    I picked up a couple bottles of testosterone cypionate 200mg/ml 10ml vials now going to start a cycle.

    what do I need to know? how much? I know 12weeks cycle is good and what else should I be taking?
    I have read about PCT , that I have nolvadex on its way. but am I missing anything?
    hoping to start cycle tonight

    i'm
    30yrs old
    5'9"
    lifting for 3 years heavy
    12%bf
    175lbs and cant move up or down for a year i'm at my limit
