2 days isn't a big deal lol. RelaxOriginally Posted by bigstack88
Make them your rest days if anything
Im gonna eat 3 clean meals those 2 days and one shake a day. Instead of my usual 5 meals and 2 scoops in my post workout shake.

I meant 3 clean meals and one protien shake only in those 2 days seeing as im not going hard in the gym why would i want to overeat
And looks like i should drop the shake but i figure id need the protien because I'm counting them in as healing days
This is a bulking cycle btw. Im not trying to lose anything at all. Ive been eating ALLOT of clean food.
Soooo, I'm assuming you don't count calories and macro's?

I actually do. im consuming 450g carbs/ 450g protien/ 3600-4000 g calories a day. And i throw in about 90 g of fat. I currently weigh 225. And im 6'4
So you eat 4500cals not 3600.Originally Posted by bigstack88
And 450g protein is waaaaaaaay too much.
Maybe visit our nutrition forum?

Again keep the rocket science to a minimum. 2 days off at anytime during a cycle or a hard training cycle is just that. A two day rest for reconstruction. Sometimes the best thing to happen. You'll come back strong.
Too much freaking out about nothing. What could ANYONE loose in two days. What can be gained by the rest is more important. Sometime you guys get your thinking backwards. ...crazy mike
Keep in mind your kidneys are important. Thats a lot of protein to process.
May I ask why is 450g of protein way to much ?
Why do you think it is a suitable figure?Originally Posted by Tonka8

Why do you think it is reasonable?Originally Posted by bigstack88

Not long watch a video about how much food etc people need and if your training hard and wanting to compete then take up 500g of protein so no 450g is fine.
