Hello everyone. I'll join some big international competition.
However other competitors using Nolotil. only me don't use.
So I decided use Nolotil, Please tell me where can I buy it and Can use which part?
My weak point is triceps. I heard almost competitor use it in biceps. not Triceps.
It seems other competitors using quads also....
