Really depends, I'm just over 12% and have a couple of decent runs on my lower abdomen. My old business partner was 15 % BF and that guy was like kelkel, just a roadmap everywhere. I tested his Nitric Oxide levels and he was OFF THE CHARTS. Just insane levels. So his vessels are constantly dilated. Which is pretty much our goal with the "vascularity stack". Over time, you'll develop more and more and it becomes more evident. Consistency is key because NO levels drop a lot faster than they climb. Cardio is a key player here also.
Obviously most important is to lower BF. This is why folks at 20% BF that have lean arms, can see some level of vascularity in the arms. Unfortunately, not much we can do to target fat loss, so we just have to keep working at it until the abdominal area fat diminishes.
