Anyone recommend taking a 1000 calorie weight gainer 3 (x) a day for faster results?

for a total increase of what you would ordinarily eat by 3000 calories?
that's a pretty dirty bulk and you would expect to increase BF% significantly.
Personally, I wouldn't do it.....
I think you'll feel bloated the whole day but's that my opinion man,If I were you i'd take 500 cals 6 times a day or eat whole foods with carbs, protein, fats in every meal. What are your stats right now?weight/height/bf ect?
Well before I started working out I was 150-155 and I'm 5'9 but now that I started I've actually lost weight, I'm at a 140 and I eat pretty good so I was wondering if that gainer would help
A lot of it is crap in there. Gelatins and shitty fillers. I wouldn't waste your time or money. Start eating several chicken breasts extra throughout the day or add an extra meal or two.
Ya, maybe you'll gain weight but it'll all be fatty crap
Do you remember exactly what you ate the whole of yesterday? Can you list them?
NO is my answer. Too much bloat, after two day you will feel very bloated, not muscular. ...crazy mike

is the chicken breast the only time you have protein in the whole day?
If you're thinking of taking the ON serious Mass or the Gaspari Real Mass which are both 1200cals, It works a lot better if you take the 1 scoop instead of 2 which will give you a half serving. Even on half servings twice a day of Serious Mass i can put on 5kg in a month.
I used to do do weight gainers in the past thinking the bigger the better and would end up not putting on anymore muscle than I would have had I ate a small surplus. I'd just get fat and regret it. Slow and steady.
its really designed for Fast metabolism.
