Hello guys,
I'm "Iron Mind" and I'm from Holland.
I'm 20 years old now and I've started weight training since I was 17. From there I trained for mass for like almost a year after that I had a 1,5year+ stop.
In that time I lost of course muscle mass and gained fat, not especially through my diet, but through the lack of proper exercise (no special heavy weighttraining in the gym), since I had to do allot of cardio for my future job back then (marine corps), but I'm doing something else now, so it's back to my old passion: bodybuilding.
Everything I eat is being written down and I keep track of really everything. I watch what I eat every day, I write down my reps, weights in the gym. I take pictures of myself every 4 weeks, everything to monitor my progress so adjustments can be made when things aren't going according to my plan.
I've started lifting this last summer again and I've got all my muscle mass back that I've lost, lost the gained fat and even lost more than my gained fat in that period. So I my physique is even better than when I did quit bodybuilding for the marines. I'm bigger and leaner than I was before so I can continue my journey to the 85kg. I'm going for the 85kg next summer with an acceptabel bf%: 8-10% should be enough for me to maybe start my 1st cycle with AAS. I'm already reading stuff to look for my options for my 1st cycle, but I will not start until I've gathered enough information about AAS in general. Another reason for me to be on this forum.
I'm currently cycling between the so called "bulking" and "cutting" methods to stay at least pretty lean year round so I can add quality muscle mass during my bodybuilding journey.
Current stats are:
height: 178cm
weight: 78-79kg
bodyfat%: 3-4% (4-points caliper) and 8% (those electronical scales). Personally I think my bf% should be somewhere between 8-10% at this moment.
Well the measurements of the bodyfat% are not very accurate in my opinion, but I got an six-pack when I flex my abs and the striations are there on my pecs, quads, hamstrings with the right spotlights on them etc.
Anyhow that's my introduction.
I hope I can learn allot here, since I would like to do competitions in the future!
I'm looking forward to be part of this forum.
Kind regards,
Iron Mind
