    Supplement tolerance - EC alternative?

    Hey all,

I have used various PWO's in the past, but I seem to develop a tolerance to them fairly quickly. Often times, by the end of the bottle I am having the opposite effect - instead of insane energy, I am fatigued. I bring this up because I am currently suffering this on an EC stack. I have been taking EC for about 2 months (3 weeks on, 1 week off). Roughly 30 minutes after taking EC, I get tired and want to take a power nap. This cant be normal!!

Anyways, I am thinking of switching it up and taking a month off of EC. Any recommendations? I am focusing on cardio right now as I have a shoulder injury preventing me from hitting it hard in the weight room.

    Too high. =(

    I haven't had it checked, but if I had to make a guess I would say ~17-20%. I am 6'1, 210.

BTW - Ive been reading up on some of your post. Thinking about getting the NCA (?) for liver. I am a fellow Austinite as well!

I figured you're an Austinite, hence the ATX

That body fat is not terribly high, brother. I think you mean NAC for liver. Yes, I recommend 600 mg daily and year round.

Get some L-Arginine and L-Citrulline. Use 3 grams of Cit and 2 grams of Arg 30 minutes before resistance training. Not before cardio... before lifting.

Start with that and see how it goes. If you can get it in powder form, that would be best.

Good luck and keep us posted.

Sounds good. My lifting right now is fairly limited with my shoulder. I have a shoulder separation that was diagnosed as grade 3, possibly grade 4. Doc said a few months and I should be fine, but here I am almost 6 months later and I still cant do push ups without it hurting pretty badly. I can do leg machines and biceps. Thats about it.

Any supplement recommendations for weight loss and cardio?
