my first time cycling

i want to cycle testE with masteron at the same time for fast results and i would like to do it the easiest and safest way.and how much should i take.i have 20ml of 250mg of test-E and 20ml of 200ml of masteron-E.can someone please help me out.And my wife is going to take some T3s.and we would like to know whats the safest dosage she should take as well.we are both 41 years of age.hopefully someone can give us some good and safe advise

If this is your first cycle, do test only. What is your body fat and why do you think you need masteron?
