    Tips, Pointers on Posing?

Good day all. I was attempting on doing poses alone (also don't know anyone who poses...lol) and only having read some material to try and attempt these, constructive criticism only please, I know they might suck but I want to get better. Should I be doing push ups or anything to get better show muscles before posing? This was pre gym so no pump just fresh off shift.

This is all natural using only whey, casein, bcaas, and zma. In 2 weeks I'm thinking of starting my first cycle.

    thanks in advanced!

p.s. I know I am not tanned as much as I would like to be, shift work been cray cray and my abs are sore so it was hard to get them to pop! (end excuses) lol

Go to youtube and start to watch all the videos you can of the pro's. Emulate the mandatory poses and practice the unique ones that you like as well. Work toward developing some that are specific to you. Posing properly is hard work and takes a ton of practice to present yourself properly on stage.

Go to this thread and read from start to finish. Extremely insightful and will help you greatly.
