Hi, everybody. I recently registered on this site after doing some research. I know people are all about researching before making a decision to get something, so I'm trying to squeeze out a little more info before deciding anything. So here we go!
My general question is what, if anything, would benefit me in my goal. My goal is to generally cut body far in order to reveal my lower abs.
Current stats:
19 YO
Weight: 188
Height: 6 Feet
BF%: 12.5
My idea is to eating clean on a 500cal deficit while working out 5 days a week (Wed & Sun off). While doing HIIT 3 days a week (necessary?). Should I be on a low carb plan like I've seen around here every once in awhile? Definitely need to keep protein high.
Thanks again for any answers. Just trying to do my research before doing anything. If Clen isn't the best option, is there something else I should be looking for? Like I said, I've been doing my research but have some more personal questions.
I suppose I should add that I'm currently natural and have never done anything along these lines.
