I've recently started a new job so the only days I now have available to train are fri sat and Sunday. I'm a kitchen installer and I work long hours and my days are very busy and active. I'm 6"2 and 17 stone and I've got an excellent diet which is no problem at all as I have all the right nutrients protein carbs etc...I also have 500ml sustanon and 250ml deca a week aswel as 50ml devil and 1 oxy methadone tablet...
