Hi I am new to the forum. Question I guy who I believe knows a lot about steroids and hairloss said that not too take over 500mgs of test to avoid hairloss.
My question is I am taking 150mg weekly or 600mgs a month so is he referring to the weekly or monthly dosages??

The more you use, the more you lose. But you will lose nothing if you don't carry the gene.
150 is a weekly TRT dose. 600mg weekly is a cycle.

I use propecia rogain and a shampoo that is good for hairloss - should this prevent?
Regarding my question when he said don't use more than 500mgs is he referring to weekly shots or 500mgs a month?

Who knows really. You just need to see what works for you. Check the Spa section to hair loss prevention tips.
No one cycles 500mg a month. That's a weekly dose. Please, be sure to spend a LOT more time researching. At least another year or so.
