I would replace the cjc with mod-grf(1-29). I take 66 mcg of mod with 132 mcg of ghrp2. I think it is best used for fat loss, so am before fasted cardio, or even before other training sessions given you haven't had anything to eat for the 2 hours. Some like to take it before bed. Even once a day can make a difference. I do one maybe two times a day. And then every 5-6 weeks or so I take a full week off. The stuff actually will help you to release growth hormone even when you don't take it, but those effects can diminish with time. My doctor had suggested one month on, one month off, but I feel like it's pretty effective the way I am using it, but I do go off occasionally for month or two.
You will get some water retention, and it can make you look more fat than you are, a lot of people report puffier looking midsections taking it. But that goes away when you discontinue.
