Pain, swelling and fever after pin

I pinned in my right glute where I've done tons before. This was Monday, slowly got more sore. Today I can't sit on that side, major swelling, warm to touch and I have a slight fever. Feel like crud. Could it be infected? If so anything I can do without going to Dr? Putting ice and heat on as we speak.

You could try anti biotics if you have some to hand, but the smart thing to do would be go to the dr's.

That being said I had the same thing once from winny, it was caused by a sterile abscess and luckily it went away after about a week but heat means infection and it's better to be safe, so I'd pay the doc a visit.

Depends, if you are in the US it might be a good idea to say it was something like that or it could impact health insurance cover. Here in the uk you could inject a gallon of tren into your balls and tell them and they would have to sort it out
