ok so ive been on trt for about a year now.

around 7 or 8 cycles maybe a couple more i lost count
ok so heres the deal i got a severe lower back strain in the middle of my second to last cycle that kept my out the gym for around a month. i finished the cycle because i had a show that i was sponsered for coming up then i cruised for about a month and went into my cycle for the show ( the show was a body transformation that ran for ten weeks ). about 5 weeks in sides got really bad and i was eventualy forced to drop cycle and all compounds and drop the show. through bloodwork and talking back and forth with my sponser we figured out that my ai was what went wrong. so anyways my diet went to shit for the past couple months and my training has not been the same so ive put on about 4% bf and lost about 15 pounds ( not good lol ) ive been cruising at my trt dose and just letting my body recover up untill now because as you can imagine the sides were pretty bad considering it made me drop out of this show.
so anyways my sponser has a ifbb pro getting online with me this week to tweak the diet i have made up and we have come up with a new blast and cruise to hopefully have me back in comp shape for late spring and i just wanted to see what you guys thoughts and advice would be on it. maybe i will find a few good ideas to tweak before i start. thanks brothers.
first blast ( bulk to gain back some of my lost size )
900mg test blend a week weeks 1-15
600mg deca a week weeks 1-15
50mg tbol every day weeks 1-4
450mg npp as a kick start for the deca weeks 1-4
proviron 25mg everyday
test suspension or tne 100mg one hour prior to working out ( this i may not do but it was a suggestion i got from a pro so i am considering it )
aromasin 25mg everyday split am and pm adjust as needed.
nolva on hand and used if needed.
caber at 0.5mg a week split two times weekly
hgh at 4iu everyday split twice a day
then cruise for 4 weeks at 225mg a week
then second blast ( this will be a cutter and my first run with tren )
test prop 50mg every day after a couple weeks i may raise this up. weeks 1-8
tren a 50mg every day after a couple weeks i may raise this also. weeks 1-8
same ai protacal as above adjusted as needed.
also i will run the proviron again here as well.
hgh stays the same i dont come off.
any ideas or advice will be apreciated thanks guys.
also any advice on the tren cycle would be great because its my first tren cycle. im trying to keep the tren real basic because its my first run but i also need results so i have to stay right on the edge of that fine line.
