    water consumption

Couldn't think of anywhere else to post this. I just did a 24hr urine capture and filled up 2 of the gallon jugs. The dr thinks this isn't normal and was concerned about it. And my urine calcium was high again. So how much water do you guys and gals consume on a daily basis? I drink at least 2 gallons per day sometimes more on cardio days.
    Thanks

I saw a video the other day by jay cutler. Said he drinks 3.5 gallons a day lol.

1-2gallons should be enough for most.

I usually drink a gallon minimum and maybe a couple random 16 oz bottles too.

We don't have that in the UK!

I can drunk the first 2liters easy, the next 2 are harder, anything more is being forced down. So I usually get over a gallon, except recently where I've been drinking way too little.

Have to retrain my bladder now!
