I just figured out what supplements to be taking but now I want to know how i should be dieting. I am currently 245 30%bf and my goal is to get down to 15% bf in 150 days. I know it is possible with good diet and nutrition but i just dont know what my caloric intake should be or how many carbs i should have a day. I work out 5 days a week and do cardio 6 days a week with Sundays off. If someone could help me with how I should be dieting, it'll be much appreciated.
