Week 1) Pretty standard week, tastes like orange essence mixed with cough syrup), felt like I had more energy than normal. I usually fasted train but had a small breakfast with the GF that morning.

Sunday I had a sprint triathlon (500m/20k/5k) and felt really good, normally the run section you get very very tired, but I finished a lot stronger than I would normally. Wednesday started twice a day weights routine, to make the most of the 10 hour days (instead of 12) and the most of the quick recovery. 225PRO, 322CARB, 81FAT Up 2kg to 84. That snuck up quick…..
Thursday had legs, felt pretty good, didn’t get fatigued. Been sleeping great, its very hot up here (40degrees most days) and normally I sleep like shit. No signs of suppression as of yet, I have a low libido in general, orgasms seem pretty small, still can get quite firm though. Still have lots of morning wood. 171PRO, 297CARB, 53FAT
Friday had shoulders/bi’s/lat’s, had really good vascularity. Really enjoyed the pump on the bi’s (185PRO,331CARB,48FAT)
