I did that stuff for 7 years.. was a trainer for it and hapkido
But no matter what happens this is still the best method![]()

Agree! Love his energy.
"you don know if he got steroids up the arsehole"
That must be up in London somewhere?
I prefer the running and screaming like a little girl method instead.
I just like to listen to him talk and watch his facial expressions
Notice how the opponents face becomes ghostly after the first demonstration. (What the hell did I get myself into!?"

No matter how big of a bad a$$ you are there is always someone a little tougher. ( unless you are Chuck Norris of course)

While I am sure this guy could probably use that technique effectively against most people on the street due to the mismatch in skills and athleticism, you gotta ask youself.
Do you really think that if you were evenly matched (speed skill athleticism) you could move your elbow quick enough to block a punch? There is a reason you rarely see it, or wing chang chun (or whatever its called) used successfully in any contact competitions.
As far as MMA guys not be able to compete...yeah sure your right those guys making videos on you tube would hate to make a few million in the ring. Very few debate anymore that there is a secret set of skills that you can use to defeat an MMA fighter in an fight where conventional MMA rules apply....that's as dumb as thinking an MMA fighter could outbox a boxer. Or an F1 car could be a Pro-Mod in a drag race or a Pro-Mod could beat an F1 car in a road race etc. etc. etc.

I honestly would never compare 2 fighting sports. Whoever is better at their sport will overpower the other. A boxer can crush a martial artist and vice versa.

Always looks good during the drills....when you know what is coming. I believe all styles of fighting have there place. Love the vocabulary...lol
Everybody's technique is the right one and perfect when they're practicing it, but if Wing Chun was really as effective as in his videos, he'd be in UFC making the big bucks.
Still though, the thing about his technique that I think is good is that it's simple enough a regular person could execute it and get themselves out of most situations. Odds are that you're not going to be fighting Kimbo if you get yourself in a street/bar fight.
lol. Why would someone join a sport they're not interested in?
