deca/test-e and hcg(injection f up)

Hi,

I have been taking deca and test e @ 400 and 500 respectavly. Last week i injected 3 ml in my left quads and 3.5ml (due to hcg) in my right leg. This is my 4th cycle and i always inject thish high in my quads and rarley have any PIP. So after the injection the day after my right leg had like a baseball sized hump on my quad and it was hurtin to walk. Today shich is my last day i was going to inecjt again 3.5ml(200 deca 250 test and hcg) in my left and was going to take 3ml in my right. The left injection was ok but on the left when i inserted the needle into my quad and pulled back on the plunger that came(check attached image) out so i pulled the needle out and threw it away. I have no fever and no brusin/absense. What do you think it might be? Could i have injected into fat instead of my quads and the fat reacted with the sodium chloride which was used for the hcg? After pulling that stuff out the baseball sized hump vabished and the pain stopped instantly. Should i go at a doctor?
