    1 week left on my cycle, questions and a couple of pics.

    Ok, this was my first cycle and my training and diet could have been alot better but my job got in the way. I'm 32 years old 5'6" and started at 74kgs and i'm currently at 86kgs, I have trained since I was 16 and I have competed in powerlifting so I do know my way around the gym. I have ran a 500mgs Test E and DBol 30mgs for the first 4 weeks. Very happy with the results and had basically no side effects except bloating. 1 week to go and I've seen some vids online such as (https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=5aRx5DhlI88) and i've also read so much on this topic. So basically I will lose all my gains unless I blast and cruise... Which I am still considering.

    I want to start to get lean again soon so i'll throw diet and cardio back in but should I run anything because I got a feeling I'm going to get small and depressed lol...

    A couple of pics, one wes on my honeymoon a few years ago natty and 68 kgs the second is me now... I'll try get the missus to take a couple better shots later.

    I benched 155kgs (up from my max of 137.5kgs) the other day so i'm stoked lol

    Also I am into powerlifting and i'm not a bodybuilder lol

    You will lose all your gains if you don't eat and train right through PCT and beyond. Try and cut straight away and there's every chance you will lose most of your gains.

    Run your PCT as planned. What is the plan btw?

    Ordinarily you would up your carbs during pct but it looks like you have been eating a lot over your TDEE anyway.

    Yep been eating heaps mate but and loving it... PCT is just going to be Nolvadex and the normal protocol. I was going to cut straight away and maybe do some Anavar or something. Thinking of just staying on and blasting and cruising now... Very confused.

    You are not going to lose all your gains until you B&C unless you already passed your natural limit.

    Well I trained for 16 years and went from 53kgs @17 to 73kgs@31 and pretty lean and i've been hovering around there since I was 23 or 24 (now 32) so I think my natural limit was reached... Guess I'll have to wait and see....

    You will not necessary lose all your gains. Here is an interesting article on this topic that I've read recently:

    I'll get off after next week do a proper pct... Already thinking Tren and test prop for my next cycle ' No steroids are not addictive at all lol'

    this isn't a normal PCT protocol. you need clomid and nolva. how do you plan to take them?

    Why on earth do you want to "cut" all your lifts will be effected to a great degree. months even years worth of strength training down the drain so you can have abs?

    Maybe he wants to look better instead of being stronger? doesnt want to look like a barrel with a basketball for a head and wants to lighten up, maybe for joint relief. Besides girls look at two guys one benches 450 and is bulky looking and the other can barley bench 225 but has a washboard stomach......who do you think the girl is gonna go for lol

    Looked better in the before pic IMO. Definitely never taking dbol god that bloat is crazy

    I agree, but couldn't the bloat/gut be more so due to the improper diet than the dbol itself ?

    Agreed with big v. I just came off running dbol. Yes there is a blot "water weight" that comes along with dbol but if you kept your diet clean and low sodium intake as you should using that. The bloat isn't that bad. My 2c

    Mate, sure I wanna get leaner but I plan to compete In the 74kg class where I will be competitive...
