Ok, this was my first cycle and my training and diet could have been alot better but my job got in the way. I'm 32 years old 5'6" and started at 74kgs and i'm currently at 86kgs, I have trained since I was 16 and I have competed in powerlifting so I do know my way around the gym. I have ran a 500mgs Test E and DBol 30mgs for the first 4 weeks. Very happy with the results and had basically no side effects except bloating
. 1 week to go and I've seen some vids online such as (https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=5aRx5DhlI88) and i've also read so much on this topic. So basically I will lose all my gains unless I blast and cruise... Which I am still considering.
I want to start to get lean again soon so i'll throw diet and cardio back in but should I run anything because I got a feeling I'm going to get small and depressed lol...
