IMO I would run the PCT I posted above. But that being said I would get blood work 4 weeks after PCT is over and see how everything looks, this will tell you how you recovered. Since you don't have blood work from before you wont know what your test was, but you can kind of guess lets say range for your age is 230-800 and your sitting at 350 or higher 4 weeks after you should be good to go (very rough way of looking at it). Then get blood work again 10-14 weeks or so after that - before you would run another cycle and that will give you a base for recovering next cycle and also tell you if the pct you ran was enough, say you were sitting at 380 test that means 4 weeks out of pct you were almost fully recovered test wise.
