Hi everyone,
Female friend is already of decent height (5'9") but dreams of reaching 6'0" or more. She believes she's still growing as she was a very late bloomer and that her growth plates have not closed.
She'd like to know the best way to maximize her growth while she still has that window. No known conditions or disorders. She's on birth control (Drospirenone I believe but not sure). Would HGH be effective for her? Something else? Hesitant about anti-androgens in a female that age.
