    Help with steroid choice

    Hi guys, I need some help choosing a decent plan. I've been looking through all of the threads here and I'm being overwhelmed with information. I'm 5'8" and 150 lbs (~13% body fat, small frame). I was thinking of a Danabol+Test cycle because I just want to gain about 10-15 lbs of lean muscle, is that a reasonable expectation if I can PCT well? If you guys can offer a better cycle, or plan or anything, I'd be extremely grateful for the help. I'm only looking to perform 1 cycle of this in order to help prepare for my upcoming soccer/football season. What's your recommendations? (my diet and workouts are already in order and I've been working out for about 4 years).

    Hi Shawn, welcome to the community brother!

    Couple things.. your profile says you're 23, so you're right on that borderline age man.. why not wait another year or two and train naturally until you've more likely fully completed your growth potential?

    What does your diet consist of? You should be more than happy with test only for your first cycle, no need for other compounds for your first run.

    Research the fitness and diet sections and read about AIs and PCT on your road to preparation.

    lean beef
    fish
    chicken
    greens

    workout until you are at least 25. now read why,

    Yeah, you're right, I've read about the testosterone peak at 25, the only reason I really want to do this cycle is to get into peak shape quicker because the season starts in about 5 months and I've also halfway through an ACL reconstruction rehab so I've lost a bit of mass recuperating from this injury. I'll take a look at a testosterone only cycle.

    Testosterone wont help you heal any quicker. If anything it will give you a false reality of strength and a bigger chance of re injury.
