Hi guys, I need some help choosing a decent plan. I've been looking through all of the threads here and I'm being overwhelmed with information. I'm 5'8" and 150 lbs (~13% body fat, small frame). I was thinking of a Danabol+Test cycle because I just want to gain about 10-15 lbs of lean muscle, is that a reasonable expectation if I can PCT well? If you guys can offer a better cycle, or plan or anything, I'd be extremely grateful for the help. I'm only looking to perform 1 cycle of this in order to help prepare for my upcoming soccer/football season. What's your recommendations? (my diet and workouts are already in order and I've been working out for about 4 years).
