    My favorite lift. I get super excited on deadlift day. Squat day as well. Bench day, not so much.

    That pretty much describes me as well. Don't dead lift that much anymore but I still kill squats. My bench was always good, but not great. The prior two were real good.

    Over 1000 lbs now there setting the bar pretty high , the dead is raw savagery my favorite out of the 3

    That's rare, most guys in my gym think the squat rack and dead lift area are for barbell curls.

    That was fantastic! My fav is the bench and now that I am going to a gym that is a PL gym I realize how much work I have ahead of me on deads and addressing some form issues on my squat..... But loving the journey!
